HRS Delivery Policy
Our standard delivery policy is designed to keep things running smoothly and on schedule. If you have questions or need to explore delivery options, reach out to your sales representative — we’re here to help.
Order Minimum
A $150 minimum is required for all delivery orders.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is free within 15 miles. A $25 flat rate applies for deliveries between 16–40 miles. Locations beyond 40 miles will require a custom delivery quote.
Delivery Schedule
Our standard delivery schedule for orders is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Monday/Thursday deliveries may be accommodated but require 2 business days notice. We do not offer delivery on weekends.
Equipment deliveries are coordinated separately based on your specific project timeline and will be arranged during the sales process.
Next-Day Delivery Cutoff
Orders must be submitted by 3:00 PM on the business day prior to qualify for next-day delivery.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent needs. Please contact your sales representative to check availability.
